If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and return the item(s) within 30 days for a full refund of the purchased price. Item(s) must be in original condition.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of any goods.

30-Day Exchange Policy:
If you are not satisfied for any reason and would like to exchange your item(s), please contact us and return the item(s) within 30 days. Item(s) must be in original condition. Please include your Name, Address, and Phone Number in the package, as well as the style and colour you would like in exchange.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange of any goods.

 Note: If the package is lost in the mail and a tracking # or delivery confirmation is not available, we are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange.
We therefore recommend: Track and Trace or Signature Required Courier.

Delivery

All orders within New Zealand are sent by NZ Courier / Post at a flat rate of $5.00.

Australia - $8.00. Europe, Canada & USA - $13.00 for standard delivery.

Please note all prices are in New Zealand currency.

Delivery within NZ: within 12 working days after receiving the payment.

International delivery: approximately 15 working days after receiving the payment.

Note: we strive to keep all our best selling products in stock. However if item(s) is out of stock, delivery time will be longer (usually additional 5 working days).
