Intresting facts about Bamboo

Did you know that Bamboo plant can grow up to 36 inches (91 cm) in a single day and can reach maturity in less than 4 years?? Amazing – isn’t it?
Bamboo is grown without pesticides or chemicals and protects the air we breathe (it releases 35% more oxygen than trees!!). This is why I decided to push forward with this environmentally friendly fabric. It feels amazingly soft against the skin, and not only that but it prevents bacterial growth and has inherent temperature regulation properties, keeping you cool in the heat and warm in cool environment.
From a technical standpoint, not many fabrics – eco or synthetic – can beat Bamboo in moisture transport, odour control and thermal regulation.
In New Zealand, where I live, not many people have heard yet about wearing Bamboo. This is a great opportunity to increase the awareness about eco-friendly fibers. Hopefully in a short time more and more people will realize that Bamboo is not just a food for the Panda bears but also something you can wear
